The most crucial feature of Synthesis is the ability to route live call flows via an external web application. Synthesis provides a functional telecoms layer which can be built on to creative incredibly reactive telephony applications, leveraging existing wholesale infrastructure rather than that of large aggregators who consume a large proportion of the value chain.
